Standards
- CAN/CSA-Z195
PRINCIPLE
The GT-3453 is capable of measuring the resistance of soles, outsoles, and finished shoes to provide insights into their anti-static properties.
Multiple test methods:
Offers testing methods for finished shoes, soles, and outsoles to meet different needs in anti-static performance evaluation.
Finished shoe testing:
After filling the footwear specimen with metal spheres to a depth of about 30mm, position the specimen in the water tray, and then connect the red lead to the metal spheres inside the footwear and the black lead to the metal base.
Sole testing:
Position the sole specimen in the water tray and place the L-shaped fixture over it. Mount a 4kg test weight on the fixture, and then connect the red lead to the fixture and the black lead to the metal base.
Outsole testing:
Position the outsole specimen on a metal plate and place the L-shaped fixture over it. Mount a 4kg test weight on the fixture, and then connect the red lead to the fixture and the black lead to the metal base.
Precise voltage setup:
Allows operators to easily adjust output voltage through the user-friendly interface to achieve various testing requirements.
Auto-display of test results:
Displays test results of insulation resistance automatically on the display upon test completion.
Standard conformity:
Ensures that products meet industry standards and satisfy quality expectations in the market.
