Principle
The GT-7011-SC1 is specifically designed to assess the water vapour absorption and permeability of leather shoes. It simulates the interior environmental conditions of footwear during wear, allowing the shoe materials, including the upper, lining, and insole, to absorb and permeate water vapour. Changes in the mass of both the footwear and desiccant are measured to determine the water vapour absorption and permeability.
