The MV-3000ASU, a newly developed Mooney Viscometer, is capable of providing a flexible handling process with variable rotor speed to raise the productivity and reliability in mass production. It is designed to enhance sampling sensitivity, test accuracy and repeatability of test data. By analyzing the properties of Mooney viscosity, scorch and stress relaxation, user can easily realize the characteristics and proper handling process of material.
